Localization: In Comboa, at the parish of Soutomaior.
Small fluvial beach with coarse sand that is quite near the medieval Comboa bridge. It is on the right hand bank of the river Verdugo, along a stretch where the river meanders slightly. The width of the river permits one to bathe in shallow waters, which is ideal for little children, or to wade into the deeper part of the river which flows swiftly. We can still notice the inflow of the tides at this point. |
